Please note: There are two things that happen when you place your order:

1. Your order is Fulfilled.

• Check the product/checkout page for estimated dates. Apparel, Art & Gifts are typically fulfilled within 5-7 business days.
• For Greek Komboloi, it usually takes us 1-2 days to fulfill your order before it is shipped. Shipping is usps ground.
• You will receive an email (or text msg) confirmation and updates. Please check your spam folder if you do not see your confirmation.

2. Your order is Shipped after it is fulfilled.

• On average, it takes about 3 days to deliver your shipment.
• Shoes are an exception - shoes have a longer production time, so shoes can take 7-14 business days in shipping.
• We use standard USPS, FedEx and DHL for shipping.
• You will receive an email (or text msg) updates. Please check your spam folder if you do not see email updates.
